PCBA
(Punjab Colonizers and Builders Association)
is a major Punjab building and construction industry association.
Its primary role is to promote the viewpoints and interests
of the building and construction industry and to provide
services to members in a broad range of areas including
training, legal services, industrial relations, building
codes and standards, industry economics and international
relations. Known as “the voice of the housing industry,"
PCBA is affiliated with a number of state and local homebuilders
associations in and around the State of Punjab.
PCBA promotes
quality housing and strives to create membership value and
a favorable building climate. The PCBA promotes the value
of new homeownership and endeavors to enhance the positive
image of our members and the association within our community.
The Council provides successful governmental lobbying efforts
and strives to limit burdensome regulations and requirements
involving the Building Industry.
