present in the meeting. He requested all members

of Punjab Colonizer & builders Association
by the name of www.pcbaindia.com All the members
were interested to put there website link with
the website of PCBA. Please give the written
consent and request letter to PCBA to link there
website with PCBA |

officials of Bharat Petroleum
Limited (BPL) lalru carried out a presentation
on supply of Piped LPG Gas. |

Power
Plant: Keeping in view the
poor power supply from PSEB, some members
suggested the need for individual power plants
during the last meeting held on 20th February
06. An Advertisement was given in the leading
newspapers to ascertain the details/ feasibilities
for installation of Power plant having the
capacity 5 MW to 50 MW. Representative from
some agencies who are involved in the field
of these projects share their expertise with
the honorable members of the association. |

Membership
Fee/ Annual Fee:
It was decided during the meeting held on
20th February 06 that membership to the colonizers
who have recently been granted Licenses from
PUDA/ Punjab Government should be allowed,
accordingly membership Fee/ Annual Fee as
fixed in the meeting dated 20th February 06
was discussed in detail. All members agreed
the amount fixed for Membership/ Annual Fee.
It was decided during the meeting that membership
fee/ Annual Fee will be deposited latest by
10th April 06. |

Election:
The President/ General Secretary of the Association
put forward the proposal for election of the
Governing Body, as present governing body
has already completed their term. Decision
for fresh election was taken unanimously and
date to elect new governing body was fixed
as 15 April 06 |

PRE-INTIMATION:
Some of the Members suggested that Agenda
of the meeting be informed well in advance.
General Secretary of the Association assured
all the honorable members that minutes of
last meeting/ Agenda for the next meeting
will be circulated to all members well is
advance. |
